Please note that our EXPRESS DELIVERY service is currently unavailable from Friday 3/2/12 to Friday 10/2/12 inclusive. All orders during this time will be sent using our Standard Delivery service (3-5 working days). Express Delivery service will resume again Friday 10/2/12. We apologies for any inconvenience caused.

UK Delivery
Your order will be carefully wrapped, packaged safely and sent using Royal Mail services.

Express delivery (1-2 working days) £8 Orders are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery. A signature is required.
Standard delivery (3-5 working days) FREE Orders are sent via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. A signature is required.

Worldwide Delivery
Bells and Whistles are happy to ship to countries outside of the UK.

EU Zone - £12.00
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

World Zone One - £16.00
Norway, Switzerland, USA and Hong Kong.

World Zone Two - £20.00
Australia, Belarus, Canada, Cayman Islands, Serbia-Montengro, Turkey, Japan, New Zealand, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, Ukraine.

At the checkout simply enter your dellivery address including the country and the correct delivery charge will automatically be calculated and added to your final total.

If your order is to be delivered outside the European Union, it may attract import duty and local sales taxes which customers will need to pay on receipt of the shipment. These rules vary by country and your local government determines duty and customs charges.

Refunds and Exchanges
We want you to be delighted with your purchase. But if it’s wrong for whatever reason, faulty or you are unhappy with it please contact us as soon as possible.

Please return any item within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, providing we receive it in the same condition it was sent. You will need to meet the cost of returning items unless it is covered by a promotion.

If something is wrong with an item, contact us within 10 days, return the item and we will replace it.
