UK Delivery
Please note: Between Tues 5th February 2013 and Thurs 7th February 2013 we regret to say that our EXPRESS DELIVERY service is unavailable. The Bells and Whistles Team are at a Tradeshow buying exciting new products for Autumn 2013! We are sorry for any inconvenience. Orders placed during this time will be sent out without delay using our standard delivery service on Friday 8th February. Thank you for your patience.
STANDARD DELIVERY IS FREE ON ALL UK ORDERS OVER £40
Express delivery (1-2 working days) £8 currently unavailable as above
Standard delivery (3-5 working days) £3.95 on UK orders under £40
Both our Standard and Express Delivery services are with Royal Mail and require a signature upon delivery. Anything ordered after 5pm, during the weekend or on a bank holiday will be processed the following working day. Saturday and Sunday are not classed as working days. Express Delivery ordered on a Friday will be despatched for delivery before 1pm on the following Monday. It is up to the discretion of the postman whether to leave the parcel with a neighbour or in a safe place and unfortunately under Royal Mail terms and conditions we cannot advise them to do this.

EU Zone - £12.00
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
World Zone One - £16.00
Norway, Switzerland, USA and Hong Kong.
World Zone Two - £20.00
Australia, Belarus, Canada, Cayman Islands, Serbia-Montengro, Turkey, Japan, New Zealand, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, Ukraine.
At the checkout simply enter your dellivery address including the country and the correct delivery charge will automatically be calculated and added to your final total.
If your order is to be delivered outside the European Union, it may attract import duty and local sales taxes which customers will need to pay on receipt of the shipment. These rules vary by country and your local government determines duty and customs charges.
Refunds and Exchanges
We want you to be delighted with your purchase. But if it’s wrong for whatever reason, faulty or you are unhappy with it please contact us as soon as possible.
Please return any item within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, providing we receive it in the same condition it was sent. You will need to meet the cost of returning items unless it is covered by a promotion.

If something is wrong with an item, contact us within 14 days, return the item and we will replace it.
